Michael DiMaurizio is a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach specializing in athletic performance, movement quality, and long-term athlete development. His coaching approach is shaped by years of experience as a competitive multi-sport athlete.

Michael’s athletic journey is rooted in soccer, where he competed at the post-secondary level with Brock University and Niagara College. Throughout his career, he experienced firsthand the physical demands of high-level sport, including navigating multiple injuries that challenged both his performance and longevity as an athlete. His recovery was supported through consistent care and collaboration with the team at Generations Sport & Spine Physiotherapy, helping him restore proper movement, build resilience, and return to training at a high level.

These experiences now form the foundation of Michael’s coaching philosophy. He places a strong emphasis on elite athletic development, corrective exercise, and collaboration between performance and rehabilitation. Michael works with youth athletes, teams, and individuals seeking to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and move efficiently over the long term through structured, professional coaching.
